Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
