Responsibilities Include: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Skills and Qualifications: A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
