Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Skills and Qualifications: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
