Position: Embedded Security Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Star Lab We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Embedded Security Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Star Lab to strengthen our high-performing team. Main Accountabilities: Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Essential Skills and Experience: 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
