Scope of Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
