Position: Senior Manager-Software Engineering We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Senior Manager-Software Engineering to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Scope of Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Competencies and Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
