Position: Weapon System Embedded Electronics Engineer We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Weapon System Embedded Electronics Engineer to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Responsibilities Include: Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
