Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
