Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Required Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area.
