Scope of Responsibilities: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Competencies and Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
