Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Professional Requirements: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently.
