Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility.
