Position: Senior Software Engineer: BGQ-2021 We invite a proactive and capable Senior Software Engineer: BGQ-2021 to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Responsibilities Include: Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions.
