Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Professional Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands.
