Position: Software Developer -Analysis Tools A dynamic organisation seeks an experienced Software Developer -Analysis Tools to take on a multifaceted and impactful role. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
