Position: Software Engineers (Test Automation) We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Software Engineers (Test Automation) to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Scope of Responsibilities: Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
