Role Responsibilities: Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Education and Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
