Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Education and Experience Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
