Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
