Position: Software Engineer II - Programmer We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Software Engineer II - Programmer to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Core Responsibilities: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Minimum Qualifications: Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
