Role Responsibilities: Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
