Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Skills and Qualifications: Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
