Responsibilities Include: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Skills and Qualifications: Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
