Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Competencies and Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
