Position: Jr. Software Developer We are expanding our team and seek a driven Jr. Software Developer who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. Scope of Responsibilities: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
