Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment.
