Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
