Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting.
