Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Competencies and Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
