Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Required Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
