Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Professional Requirements: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
