Position: Senior Software Engineering- Social Integration We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Senior Software Engineering- Social Integration to strengthen our high-performing team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Required Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
