Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
