Scope of Responsibilities: Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Competencies and Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities.
