Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
