Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Required Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting.
