Position: SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER LOW LATENCY We invite a proactive and capable SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER LOW LATENCY to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Scope of Responsibilities: Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Competencies and Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
