Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Competencies and Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement.
