Position: RMS Java-Android Developer We are currently recruiting a results-oriented RMS Java-Android Developer to strengthen our high-performing team. Main Accountabilities: Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Essential Skills and Experience: Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
