Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Candidate Requirements: Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the highest standards of conduct. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
