Role Responsibilities: Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
