Position: Web Developer We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Web Developer to strengthen our high-performing team. Main Accountabilities: Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Implement observability solutions including logging, tracing, and alerting for services. Essential Skills and Experience: Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
