Position: Software Developer, Web Application We are on the lookout for a well-rounded Software Developer, Web Application to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Scope of Responsibilities: Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Competencies and Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
