Core Responsibilities: Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Minimum Qualifications: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
