Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Represent engineering in cross-functional planning sessions and stakeholder reviews. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Professional Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
