Scope of Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, automated, and consistent deployments. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Produce clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API contracts. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
