Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and system performance issues. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
