Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and engineering frameworks. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Architect and build enterprise-grade software components and product platforms. Required Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
