Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Champion practices such as TDD, pair programming, and automated regression testing. Establish and enforce coding standards, review guidelines, and engineering best practices. Conduct root-cause analysis on production incidents and implement scalable remediations. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver on schedule and within scope. Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development of engineering team members. Drive the technical roadmap for assigned product domains in collaboration with product teams. Identify and proactively address technical debt through systematic refactoring. Professional Requirements: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
