Scope of Responsibilities: Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services at scale. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to ship quality features. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through proactive engineering. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications aligned to specifications. Evaluate and adopt third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve velocity. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, Go, or equivalent.
